Jin Shin Jyutsu is a "complicatedly simple "system( in some ways similar to accupressure ) based on an ancient Japanese healing art and restored by master Jiro Murai. It lays out a set of 26 "points" along the major energy pathways of your body. If one of these pathways becomes blocked, this creates an often significant obstruction to flow,a requirement for optimum health.Gentle pressure is used to release any blockages in your energy meridians, and restore balance to your entire system. The whole experience is deeply relaxing, nurturing and therapeutic. This is not massage. Please wear loose fitting comfortable clothing for your session. You will also learn some self-help exercises and simple breathing techniques to do at home.
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress (among other things). It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. Developed by physicians William Sutherland and John Upledger, this therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience.
